摘要

PLM(产品生命周期管理)是工业企业信息化的基础平台,项目管理是工业企业新产品开发的基本手段,项目计划进度信息的及时性与准确性又对项目管理决策起着重要的作用。在PLM中嵌入项目管理模块,实现管理的信息化,能有效缩短新产品开发周期,提升企业核心竞争力。
        PLM(Product Lifecycle Management)is the basic platform of industrial enterprise informatization. Project management is the basic means of industrial enterprise new product development. The timeliness and accuracy of project schedule information play an important role in project management decision. Embedding the project management module in PLM to realize the informationization of management can effectively shorten the development cycle of new products and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
