摘要
目的调查"00后"护理专科生的职业意愿,了解新一代护理接班人的就业取向,为医学院校进行护理专科生就业指导与规划提供理论依据。方法采用自行编制的一般情况调查表和职业意愿问卷对广西某医学院护理专科一年级的学生进行问卷调查。结果 91.5%(n=238)的学生表示毕业后愿意从事护理行业,虽然大部分学生(93.8%)对于毕业就业单位首选为三级医院和二级医院,但对于基层医疗单位就业没有抵触情绪,95.4%的学生表现在没有其他选择的情况下愿意在基层单位就业。结论 "00后"护理专科生在本职业的就业意愿态度较为积极,但对于护理行业就业现状了解的不多,并且没有确定及正确的就业观,应该有针对性的在就业指导与规划的教学中积极开展指导和培养工作,在校期间引导学生树立良好的就业观,形成正确的职业就业态度。
        Objective To investigate the professional will of post-00 s nursing college students, to understand the employment orientation of the new generation nursing successors, and to provide a theoretical basis for nursing college students' employment guidance and planning in medical colleges and universities. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the first grade nursing students of a medical college in Guangxi by using a self-designed general situation questionnaire and a career willingness questionnaire. Results 91.5%(n=238) indicated that they were willing to engage in nursing after graduation. Although most of the students(93.8%) preferred tertiary hospitals and level II hospitals for graduate employment units, they had no resistance to the employment of primary medical units, 95. 5% of them were willing to work in the nursing industry after graduation. Four percent of students are willing to work in grass-roots units with no other choice. Conclusion The "post-00 s" nursing college students have a positive attitude towards employment in their own profession, but they do not know much about the current employment situation of nursing industry, and there is no definite and correct view of employment. The guidance and training should be carried out actively in the teaching of employment guidance and planning, and the students should be guided to set up a good view of employment and form a correct attitude towards employment during the school period.
