摘要
生鲜电商企业商业模式如何直接决定了企业核心竞争力能否得到有效发挥,而中小型生鲜电商企业又是市场的主体。为充分激化广大中小型生鲜电商企业创新创业活力,综合运用调研访谈法、数学建模法,选取市场主流的生鲜电商企业开展调研和专家访谈,揭示生鲜电商企业创新模式要素,据此构建生鲜电商企业商业模式创新评价体系,并提出优化中小型生鲜电商企业商业模式的对策建议。研究发现,生鲜产品可得性及其定位是生鲜电商企业商业模式的核心要义。
How the business model of fresh e-commerce enterprises directly determines whether the core competitiveness of enterprises can be effectively brought into play,and the small and medium-sized fresh e-commerce enterprises are the main body of the market.In order to fully stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurship vitality of the vast number of small and medium-sized fresh e-commerce enterprises,this paper synthetically uses the methods of investigation and interview,mathematical modeling,and selects the mainstream fresh e-commerce enterprises in the market to carry out research and expert interviews.Based on this,the evaluation system of business model innovation of fresh e-commerce enterprises is constructed,and the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the business model of small and medium-sized fresh e-commerce enterprises are put forward.It is found that the availability and positioning of fresh products is the core of the business model of fresh e-commerce enterprises.
