摘要

社区教育作为当今教育发展的一个新的重要方向和目标,它的运作方式应该如何进行,是社区工作者和教育工作者都应该思考的问题。将社区教育与基础教育结合起来,让社区教育与基础教育优势互补,既能弥补普通国民教育体系的不足,又能扩展社区教育的范围,将成人教育与普通全日制教育的有机结合,是达成构建学习型社会、实现人的全面发展的有效途径。
        As a new important direction and goal of educational development, Community education should be considered by both community workers and educators that how it should be carried out.Combining community education with basic education is one of the effective methods. It can use the advantages of community education and basic education,make up for the shortcomings of them, also expand the scope of community education. Combining adult education with general full-time education organically is an effective way to build a learning society and realize the all-round development of human beings.
