地方高职院校英语导游人才培养探究——以湖北工业职业技术学院为例

摘要

近年来,十堰地方旅游业快速发展,外国友人前往武当山旅游的人数逐年增加,对高技能型旅游专业人才的需求也逐年增加。而作为十堰地方特色高职院校,如何从旅游开发和市场需求的角度推动英语旅游人才,特别是英语导游的培养,成为学校关注的焦点和教学的重点。基于此,本文从十堰旅游业发展的特点分析了高职英语导游人才培养过程中出现的各种问题,提出了解决办法,以提高学生的综合素质与社会竞争力。
        In recent years,with the rapid development of local tourism in Shiyan,the demand for highly skilled tourism professionals has increased year by year. As a local characteristic vocational college in Shiyan,it is our responsibility to promote the development of English tourism talents,especially the training of English tour guides from the perspective of tourism development and market demand.Based on this,this paper starts from exploring and studying the main problems in the process of training English tour guides in Hubei Industrial Polytechnic.In order to improve students' comprehensive quality and social competitiveness,the writer puts forward the countermeasures of training English tour guides from four aspects: optimizing course setting,innovating teaching materials,insisting on student-centered teaching and school-enterprise cooperation model.
