摘要

文章从高职院校的师资队伍建设、教学效果以及人才培养过程的国际化程度三个方面进行展开论述,分析了高职院校如何提高国际影响力,从而提高学生在国际人才市场上的竞争实力,培养出更多的符合时代发展需求的国际化人才。
        The paper discusses and analyze how higher vocation colleges improve their international effect in terms of college faculty team building,teaching efficacy and internalization of talented students cultivation,and thus improve students' competitive strength in international labour market,and cultivate more international talents adapting to development of the times.
