40μg/kg体重肽I和肽Ⅱ可显著提高42 d鸡血清溶菌酶含量(P<0.05),40μg/kg体重肽I可显著21 d鸡血清补体C3含量(P<0.05)。
Two synthetic active peptides were studied to investigate their effe ct on immune function of broilers in this experiment.1440 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into eight groups including two control groups(blank control group and bacitracin zinc group) and trial groups.Experimental groups with 6 replicates in each group were given two peptides by drinking supply with 3 doses(10,20,40 μg/kg body weight). The test lasted 42 d.The results showed that:The serum Newcastle disease antibody titers of 21 d broilers were increased significantly by 40 μg/kg body weight peptide I and peptide Ⅱ(P <0.05),and the serum Ig G levels of 21 d and 42 d broilers were increased significantly(P<0.05).The serum Ig M level was increased significantly by peptide I with three doses(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and 40 μg/kg body weight peptideⅡhad the same effect on 42 d broilers(P<0.05).The serum IL-2 contents of all test groups were significantly higher than that of the two control groups at 21d(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The serum IL-2 and IFN-r contents were also increased significantly in groups of 40 μg/kg body weight peptide I and peptide Ⅱ(P<0.05 or P <0.01).The serum lysozyme content of 42 d broilers was significantly improved by 40 μg/kg of body weight peptide I and peptide Ⅱ(P <0.05).The serum complement C3 content of 21 d broilers was significantly improved by40 μg/kg body weight peptide I(P <0.05).The bursal index of 21 d broilers was increased significantly by 20 μg/kg body weight peptideⅡ(P<0.05),and the thymus index of 42 d broilers was also improved by 20 μg/kg of body weight peptide I(P <0.05).So the conclusion was that the two synthetic peptides had the activity of improving the immune function of broilers, and the best dose of them was 40 μg/kg body weight.
