印度尼西亚的煤炭资源及开发前景

摘要
根据印尼的含煤盆地分布、资源量和储量、煤质特征、开发成本等条件,对中国煤炭企业在印尼从事煤炭资源开发的前景进行探讨。认为印尼的煤炭资源丰富,煤质指标良好,煤层埋藏浅,易于露天开采,煤炭出口地理位置优越,可作为中国煤炭企业在东南亚开发煤炭资源的首选地区,并且认为在印尼的煤矿开发过程中,煤电联营是较理想的投资开发模式。分析了在印尼进行具体的投资实践中存在的有利条件和不利条件,建议中资企业可通过设立合资公司、聘请律师团队等方式有效降低投资风险。
The authors introduced distribution of coal-bearing basin, resources and reserves, coal quality, development costs and other conditions in Indonesia, discussed prospect of coal resources development for Chinese coal enterprises in Indonesia, and believed that Indonesia has rich coal resources, excellent coal quality, and shallow coal seams, which could be the first choice of coal resource exploitation country in Southeast Asia for opencast mining and coal production joint venture because of the superior geographic location. According to analyzing specific advantages and disadvantages during investment practice process in Indonesia, the authors suggested Chinese enterprises effectively reduce investment risks by establishing joint ventures and hiring lawyers.
