摘要
以辽宁工业大学经济学院、管理学院在读本科生为调查对象,进行人力资源管理课程满意度调查,采用SPSS和Amos软件处理和分析了问卷调查所获得的数据,通过结构方程模型指出影响课程满意度的因素。结果表明:专业课程的设置、教师教学能力、课堂教学、教师教学态度对课程满意度具有直接的正向影响。
Taking the undergraduates majoring in economics and management of Liaoning University of Technology as the research objects, this paper investigates the satisfaction of HRM courses. The data obtained from the questionnaire were processed and analyzed by using SPSS and Amos software, and the factors affecting the course satisfaction were pointed out through the structural equation model. The results show that the teaching ability, classroom teaching and teaching attitude have direct positive impact on curriculum satisfaction.
