双瓣置换术后间歇性心室预激1例
摘要
<正>患者男,50岁,以"心脏瓣膜病术后6月,心慌胸闷气短1周"为主诉入院。6月前患者因"心脏瓣膜病、二尖瓣与主动脉瓣重度关闭不全、三尖瓣轻度返流"于我院行主动脉瓣、二尖瓣置换术及三尖瓣成形术。术前(图1)心电图示P波消失,可见F
