摘要
目的采用火焰原子吸收法测定复方利血平片中泛酸钙的含量。方法以微波消化法消解样品,以氯化锶作为掩蔽剂,采用火焰原子吸收法测定复方利血平片中泛酸钙的含量。结果 5. 37~42. 96μg·mL~(-1)泛酸钙与吸光度的线性关系良好(r=0. 9999),平均回收率为97. 3%,RSD=2. 1%(n=9)。结论所用方法准确、可靠、方便,可用于复方利血平片中泛酸钙的含量测定及质量控制,同时也为同类产品的测定提供了参考依据。
        OBJECTIVE To determine calcium pantothenate in Compound reserpine tablets( CRT) by Flame atomicabsorption spectrometry( FAAS). METHODS The samples were digested by microwave digestion,and strontium chloride wasused as a masking agent. Calcium pantothenate in CRT was determined by FAAS. RESULTS There was a good linearrelationship of calcium pantothenate within the range of 5. 37-42. 96 μg·mL~(-1)(r = 0. 9999). The average recovery of calciumpantothenate was 97. 3% with the RSD of 2. 1%( n = 9). CONCLUSION The method is accurate,reliable and convenient,hence can be used for the determination of calcium pantothenate in CRT and the quality control. It also provides reference for thedetermination of similar products.
