经皮穿刺射频消融技术联合GP化疗方案对中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗效果研究

摘要
目的通过对比研究联合治疗方案与普通化疗方案对中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗效果差异和优点,为今后临床上广泛开展联合治疗方案奠定基础。方法选择就诊并接受规范治疗的76例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为联合治疗组和常规治疗组,对比分析不同治疗方案下血清肿瘤标志物、无病生存期时间以及治疗过程中出现的不良反应等指标的变化情况。结果规范治疗后,联合治疗组和常规治疗组血清学各个肿瘤标志物含量均有明显下降,患者自我社会价值感知有明显提高。联合治疗组肿瘤标志物检测结果、无病生存时间及自我社会价值感知均优于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组发热、咳嗽、胸痛以及胃肠道不良反应情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经皮穿刺射频消融技术联合吉西他滨和顺铂(GP)化疗方案对中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗效果佳,不良反应同传统治疗方案基本一致,患者获益大,值得临床上进行推广。
Objective To compare the difference and advantages of the combination treatment and common chemotherapy regimens in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),in order and to lay a foundation for combination treatment plan in future clinical practice.Methods Seventy-six patients with advanced NSCLC who were admitted to our hospital for standardized treatment were enrolled in this study and then randomly divided into the combination treatment group and the conventional treatment group.The changes in serum tumor markers,disease-free survival(DFS) and adverse reactions during treatment were compared and analyzed under different treatment regimens.Results After standardized treatment,the serum tumor markers in combination treatment group and conventional treatment group were significantly decreased,and perceived social value of patients was significantly improved.The results of serum tumor markers,DFS and perceived social value of patients in combination treatment group were superior to those in conventional treatment group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in fever,cough,chest pain and gastrointestinal side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous radiofrequency ablation combined with GP chemotherapy has better therapeutic effects on advanced NSCLC.The adverse reactions are basically consistent with those of traditional treatment programs.This combination therapy brings great benefits to patients,which is,therefore,worthy of clinical promotion.
