综掘工作面旋风除尘器降阻优化设计

摘要
对目前的综掘工作面粉尘问题严重,而旋风除尘器由于内阻过大导致处理风量不够,基于此针对除尘器的结构及除尘原理进行了分析,提出了下排气的结构,并安装了反射屏,经过现场验证,改进后的旋风除尘器不仅除尘效率没有降低,而且处理风量增加了80 m~3/min,符合保效降阻的要求。
        In view of the serious problem of dust in the working face of fully mechanized excavation and the insufficient air volume due to the excessive internal resistance of the cyclone dust collector, the structure and principle of the dust remover are analyzed and the structure of the lower exhaust gas is put forward based on the analysis of the structure and the dedusting principle of the dust remover. After field verification, the improved cyclone dust collector has not only not reduced the dust removal efficiency, but also increased the treatment air volume by 80 m~3/min, which accords with the requirements of maintaining efficiency and reducing resistance.
