摘要
目的研究铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo.)中的化学成分。方法采用大孔吸附树脂、正相硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱法和制备型高效液相色谱法等分离技术,对铁皮石斛乙醇提取物化学成分进行分离、纯化,并通过化合物的理化性质与波谱特征鉴定其化合物结构。结果从乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别为反式-3,4,5-三甲氧基肉桂醇(trans-3,4,5-trimethoxyl-cinnamyl alcohol,1)、广玉兰赖宁苷(magnolenin C,2)、officinalioside(3)、moellenoside A (4)、松脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(pinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,5)、erianthridin(6)、ephemeranthol A(7)、2,7-dihydroxy-3,4-dimethoxyphenanthrene(8)和毛兰菲(confusarin,9)。结论化合物1~5为首次从石斛属植物中分离得到。
        Objective To study the chemical constituents from Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo.Methods The compounds were isolated from ethanol extract of it by chromatographic methods such as macroporous resin,silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,HPLC and so on. The compounds were identified by the physicochemical property and spectral features. Results Nine compounds were isolated from ethanol extract and their structures were identified as trans-3,4,5-trimethoxyl-cinnamyl alcohol( 1),magnolenin C( 2),officinalioside( 3),moellenoside A( 4),pinoresinol-4-O-β-Dglucopyranoside( 5),erianthridin( 6),ephemeranthol A( 7),2,7-dihydroxy-3,4-dimethoxyphenanthrene( 8),and confusarin( 9),respectively. Conclusions Compounds 1-5 are obtained from the genus of Dendrobium for the first time.
