摘要
近年来,班级在学生成长成才中所应发挥的重要作用逐步减弱,大学生难以建立稳定的社会关系和情感依托,集体责任意识缺乏。本课题以中国农业大学工学院本科生为研究对象,通过问卷调研、案例比对、面访座谈等多种手段全面分析各项因素对班级凝聚力建设的作用,从而提出增强班团组织凝聚力建设的方法,为班团组织建设提供科学合理的有效途径。
        In recent years,the important role that the class should play in the growth of students has gradually weakened,and it is difficult for college students to establish stable social relations and emotional support,and the lack of collective responsibility consciousness.This subject takes the undergraduates of the Institute of engineering of China Agricultural University as the research object,through a variety of means such as questionnaire survey,case comparison and interview,and other means to analyze the role of various factors on the construction of class cohesion in an all-round way,so as to put forward a method to strengthen the construction of organizational cohesion of the class group,and provide a section for the organization construction of the class group.A reasonable and effective way to learn
