传统按摩结合持续被动运动训练对脑卒中患者股四头肌横截面积的影响研究

摘要
目的观察传统按摩结合持续被动运动康复训练对脑卒中患者股四头肌横截面积的影响。方法选取沈阳第七人民医院康复科经颅脑CT或MRI确诊的偏瘫患者20例,随机分为治疗组(10例)及对照组(10例)。两组均接受传统按摩治疗,治疗组在此基础上使用持续被动运动训练运动下肢,并比较两组治疗前后股四头肌横截面积。结果治疗组与对照组治疗前大腿中段股四头肌横断面积〔(68.5±6.4)cm2与(69.2±5.6)cm2〕比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过1.5个月的治疗,两组大腿中段股四头肌横断面积〔(66.7±5.7)cm2与(60.6±5.8)cm2〕比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论传统按摩结合持续被动运动康复训练能减轻脑卒中患者股四头肌萎缩程度,同时减小康复治疗师的工作量,也为脑卒中患者肌肉萎缩现象的防治提供了新手段。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional strumming massage technique plus continuous passive motion(CPM) on the cross areas of quadriceps at the patients with stroke.Methods Totally 20 patients with stroke were randomized into CPM group(n=10) and control group(n=10).The CPM group was treated with traditional strumming massage technique plus CPM whereas the control group received traditional strumming massage technique alone.The cross areas of quadriceps before and after treatment were measured and compared.Results The cross areas of quadriceps were not significantly different between the CPM group and control group before treatment((68.5±6.4)cm2 vs.(69.2±5.6)cm2)(P>0.05).One and a half months after the treatment,however,the difference became significant((66.7±5.7)cm2 vs.(60.6±5.8)cm2)(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional strumming massage technique plus CPM can slow down the muscular atrophy rate of quadriceps in patients with stroke.It can reduce the work load of therapists and provides a new option for the management of muscular atrophy in these patients.
