摘要

从海南省和台湾地区基本概况出发,分析两个地区在消防法制建设、消防力量构成、消防部门职能、火灾和救援情况、消防人力培养等方面的异同,总结两地消防工作经验,研究探索海南推进自由贸易区(港)建设进程中,加强和改进消防工作的措施。
        Starting from the basic situation of Hainan and China Taiwan, analyzed the similarities and differences between the two regions in fire protection regulation construction, fire fighting force structure, fire department functions, fire and rescue situation, and fire personnel training. Summarized both fire control experiences,and studied the measurement of strengthening and improving fire control in the process of promoting the construction of free trade area in Hainan.
