摘要
目前国内运行的600 MW级超临界燃煤机组汽前泵存在扬程设计、选型富裕量过大,运行时增加了厂用电率,影响了机组的经济运行。通过对某发电厂汽动锅炉给水泵组性能与运行参数的分析,在保证汽动锅炉给水泵任何工况不发生汽蚀的前提下,分析、计算出汽前泵所需的扬程,对现有汽前泵进行优化改造,可降低汽前泵使用轴功率,起到节能降耗作用。
Currently,the operation of domestic boiler feedwater booster pump with 600 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit exit head designing and as excessive surplus capacity,when it runs,it increases service power consumption rate that affect the economic operation of the unit.Through analyze the performance and operating parameters of boiler feedwater booster pump,under the prerequisite of preventing boiler feedwater booster pump NPSH on any condition,analysis,calculating that get an appropriate boiler feedwater booster pump head,the existing boiler feed water booster pump are optimized that decrease boiler feedwater booster pumps' axial power and energy-saving consumption effect.
