摘要
价值工程方法作为一种先进的企业管理技术,近年来在汽车市场竞争愈加激烈的情况下被企业广泛应用。本文先对价值工程方法的主要内容进行了阐述,并以汽车前照灯为例运用价值工程方法对其进行分析,通过成本分析、功能分类对各模块价值系数求解,选出重点功能模块作为下一步研究对象对其进行降本方案挖掘,并建立成本标杆来进一步指导汽车前照灯的成本控制,极大程度地提升产品的综合价值,这对前照灯成本控制具有一定参考意义。
As an advanced enterprise management technology, value engineering(VE) method has been widely used in recent years under the situation of increasingly fierce competition in the automobile market. This paper elaborates the main contents of the VE method,takes the automobile headlamp as an example, and uses the VE method to analyze it. We also solve the value coefficients of each module through cost analysis and function classification, select the key functional modules as the next research object, excavate the cost reduction scheme, and establish a cost benchmark to guide the cost control of automobile headlamp and to greatly enhance the comprehensive value of products. This method provides a valuable reference to headlamp cost control.
