手法复位夹板外固定治疗77例前臂双骨折患者的疗效观察

摘要
目的观察手法复位夹板外固定治疗前臂双骨折患者的临床效果。方法选取我院153例前臂双骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(77例)和对照组(76例)。对照组采用切开复位钢板内固定治疗;观察组采用手法复位夹板外固定治疗。观察对比两组复位优良率、手术前后疼痛程度(VAS)评分及住院时间。结果对比两组复位优良率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者术后VAS评分低于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),手术前后组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组住院时间对比,观察组显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法复位夹板外固定治疗前臂双骨折复位效果与切开复位钢板内固定相当,且可缩短住院时间,避免手术创伤。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of manipulative reduction with external fixation by splint in the Treatment of patients with double forearm fractures. Methods A total of 153 cases of double forearm fractures in our hospital were divided into the observation group(77 cases) and the control group(76 cases) according to the random digital table method. The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation with plate, and the observation group was treated with manipulative reduction with external fixation by splint. The excellent rate of reduction, the degree of pain(VAS) before and after operation and the time of hospitalization were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There were insignificant differences in the good rate of reduction between the two groups(P>0.05). The VAS scores in the two groups were lower than those before the operation(P<0.05), and there were insignificant differences between the two groups in the VAS scores before and after the operation(P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the time of hospitalization of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of manipulative reduction with external fixation by splint in the treatment of double forearm fractures is equivalent to that of open reduction and internal fixation with plate. And it can shorten the time of hospitalization, avoid surgical trauma.
