摘要
列举了某新能源汽车3种前舱支架的设计方案,并对其进行了性能分析;针对不满足设计目标的方案进行了优化,使之符合设计需求;对3种结构的最终方案的优劣性进行了对比。结果表明:型材结构方案轻量化效果最佳,GMT材料结构方案具有开发潜力,可为工程实践提供参考。
Three design schemes of a new energy vehicle were listed and their performance also were analyzed. Optimization design on the schemes was carried out for the sake of meeting design objects. And then, these final schemes' advantages and shorts were compared. The results show that the section structure has the best performance in lightweight, but the structure design of GMT material scheme has developing potential.These conclusions can provide references for engineering application.
