摘要
针对输电线路在调度指挥和户外抢修过程中存在的专业信息壁垒和自动化程度低等问题,提出了基于高阶杆塔建模的设计方法,利用相似测度及模糊测度算法消纳不同渠道来源的杆塔信息,建立由数据、内联、控制和接口四层架构的高速信息流转机制,实现能够支撑多个专业协同运作的输电线路巡线抢修决策平台。曲靖供电局的应用证明了该平台有助于增强电网级的调度管控效率,提高故障定位精度并缩短故障恢复时间。
Aiming at the problems of professional information barriers and low automation in the process of dispatching command and outdoor repair of transmission lines, a design method based on high-order tower modeling is proposed. The similarity measure and fuzzy measure algorithm are used to absorb tower information from different sources. Establish a high-speed information flow mechanism consisting of four layers of data, inline, control and interface, and realize a decision-making platform for the transmission line inspection and repair that can support multiple professional cooperative operations. The application of Qujing Power Supply Bureau proves that the platform can help to improve grid-level dispatching control efficiency, improve fault location accuracy and shorten fault recovery time.
