探讨HBV感染者血清HBV-PreS 1抗原检测与病毒复制的关系

摘要
目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)前S1抗原与HBV复制的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测HBV血清标志物和HBV-PreSl抗原;采用荧光定量PCR方法检测HBV—DNA,对检测结果作分析。结果在e抗原(HBeAg)阳性的标本组中与在e抗原(HBeAg)阴性标本组中相比,阳性组HBV-PreS1抗原和HBV-DNA的检出率明显高于阴性组(P<0.01);HBVPreS1抗原和HBV-DNA有较高相关性(r=0.8760,P<0.01)。结论 HBV-PreS1与(HBeAg和HBV-DNA)有良好的相关性在病毒复制方面,HBV-PreS1抗原的检测结果也能比较准确地反映乙肝病毒复制情况。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between Hepatitis Bvirus( HBV) PreS1 antigen and HBV replication. Methods Serum HBV markers and HBV PreS1 antigen were detected by ELISA,HBV-DNA was detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction( FQ—PCR). Results The positive rate of HBV-PreS1 antigen and HBV-DNA in HBe Ag-positive specimens were higher than that in Hbe Ag-negative specimens( P<0. 01). HBV-PreS1 antigen had a significant correlation with HBVDNA( r = 0. 8760,P < 0. 01). Conclusion HBV-PreS1 antigen is related to the virus replication index( HBeAg and HBV—DNA),the detection of HBV-PreS1 antigen can reflect the replication of HBV.
