摘要
以某轿车等速万向传动中间轴为研究对象,通过Deform-3D有限元仿真,研究避免旋锻缺陷产生的关键工艺参数:径向进给,仿真在不同径向进给量(0.3,0.5,0.65,0.8,1.0 mm)下,等速万向传动中间轴不同应力、应变的情况,为避免中间轴造成严重损伤,保证产品质量,从而确定最佳径向进给量为0.65 mm。
Taking the intermediate shaft of constant velocity and universal transmission of a car as the research object, Deform-3D finite element simulation, To study the key process parameters for avoiding rotary forging defects-radial feed, Simulation at different radial feed rates(0.3, 0.5, 0.65, 0.8, 1.0 mm), Different stress and strain conditions on the intermediate shaft of constant velocity universal transmission, To avoid serious damage to the intermediate shaft, Guarantee product quality, In order to determine the best radial feed is 0.65 mm.
