摘要
主要对离子膜电解装置运行过程中存在的阳极液卸料罐溢流口氯气泄漏、单槽切系统氯氢压差无法平稳控制以及脱氯后淡盐水罐液位频繁波动问题进行原因分析,对现有装置提出优化改造措施,保证系统安全平稳运行。
Some problems occurred in the operation of ion membrane electrolysis device, such as the leakage of chlorine from the overfall of the anolyte discharge tank, out-of-control pressure difference between chlorine and hydrogen at the time of switching off a cell, and the frequent fluctuation of the liquid level of dechlorinated and depleted brine tank. The causes were analyzed. Transformation measures were put forward to ensure safe and stable operation.
