摘要
苎麻纤维是我国传统纺织原料,目前苎麻纤维获取方式主要是通过苎麻剥麻机械来完成的,各研制单位对苎麻剥麻机械性能指标的规定不一致,难以判定苎麻剥麻机械作业性能的优劣。为了规范苎麻剥麻机械的作业质量,并为评价苎麻剥麻机械作业性能提供技术参考,探讨了苎麻剥麻机械作业性能指标及其检测方法和判定规则;研究结果亦可为苎麻剥麻机械性能试验提供参考。
Ramie fiber is a traditional textile material,which is mainly obtained by ramie decorticators today. However there are inconsistent mechanical performance indexes for ramie decorticators among research institutes or developers,it is difficult to evaluate the working quality of a decorticator. In order to regulate the working quality and provide technical references for evaluating the working performance for decorticators,some mechanical performance indexes,testing methods and regulation rules are explored.The results might also provide a reference for performance experiment of new decorticators.
