摘要
糖尿病心肌病(DC)会导致左室功能减低,早期准确评估左室功能对DC患者的治疗和预后有重要意义。三维斑点追踪成像(3D-STI)技术作为一种无创的新技术,其在DC心功能评估中应用广泛。本文就3D-STI在DC左室功能评价中的应用进展进行综述。
        Diabetic cardiomyopathy(DC)can lead to decreased left ventricular function,and early assessment of left ventricular function is important for the treatment and prognosis of DC patients. As a non-invasive new technology,threedimensional speckle tracking imaging(3 D-STI)is widely used in DC cardiac function assessment. This article reviews the application progress of 3 D-STI in DC left ventricular function evaluation.
