摘要
汽车在行驶过程中,柔性软管的空间位姿和形态容易发生变化,会导致管路与周围零部件干涉磨损,严重影响管路寿命.综合考虑软管的几何特征和物理特性,基于Kirchhoff弹性细杆力学模型,建立柔性软管的空间位姿和形态的参数化模型,模拟软管在汽车行驶过程中的变形.以汽车典型行驶工况下的运动学状态作为仿真输入,对柔性软管运动包络进行仿真分析,仿真结果可以为汽车柔性软管设计及优化提供依据.
In the course of driving,the position and shape of the flexible hose change easily,which will lead to the interference wear between the pipeline and the surrounding parts,and seriously affect the pipeline life.Considering the geometric and physical characteristics of the hose,based on the Kirchhoff elastic thin rod mechanical model,the parameterized model of the spatial position and shape for flexible hose was set up,and the deformation of the hose during the driving was simulated.The kinematic envelop of flexible hose was simulated and analyzed with kinematic states under the typical vehicle driving condition as inputs.The simulation results can provide the basis for design and optimization of flexible hose for the vehicle.
