摘要

TDS智能干选机采用带式布料器作为物料的输送元件,但其带式布料器又与普通的带式输送机在受力分析和功率计算上有所不同。通过对比哈尔乌素TDS智能干选机的带式布料器与选煤厂常见带式输送机的异同点,进而分析了带式布料器的受力状况,得出TDS带式布料器的受力分析和功率计算方法。
        The TDS dry cleaning machine uses the belt for delivery of raw coal feed. As it is not a belt conveyor commonly used for material transport use,the analysis and calculation of its stress state need to be made in a quite different way. Following an introduction to the feeder belt for supplying raw coal feed to the TDS intelligent dry cleaning machine at Harwusu Coal Preparation Plant,as well as a comparison of the similarities of belt conveyor and feeder belt,methad for making analysis and calculation of the stress to which the feeder belt is subjected in operation is proposed.
