摘要
赛斯纳单发活塞飞机电源系统的核心组件是发电机控制器(ACU)。如果ACU功能失效,除了不能为飞机提供有效的供电外,当出现过压、短路、反流等重大故障时,也不能及时提供线路保护,使电气设备被烧坏或飞机受损,导致航空器飞行事故。正确认识ACU的功能特点与控制原理,改进现有ACU在位检测技术,不仅有助于外场人员迅速、准确地查找故障原因,减少故障隐患,提高机队安全水平,而且也能降低ACU误换的维修成本。
        Alternator control unit(ACU) is the core component of power supply system on Cessna single piston aircraft. If ACU function failure occurs, it cannot provide effective power supply for the plane, moreover, when over voltage, short circuit, inverter and other major failures occur, it cannot provide circuit protection, thus the aircraft electrical equipment will be burned or the aircraft will be damaged, leading to flying accidents. Having correct knowledge of the ACU function characteristics and control principles and improving the ACU on-site inspection technology not only are helpful for the field personnel to find out the cause of the failure quickly and accurately, reducing safety threats and improving safety of the fleet, but can also avoid maintenance costs caused by wrong ACU replacement.
