手术室护理安全管理对护理质量的影响

摘要
目的将安全管理用于手术室护理中,探讨其对护理质量的影响。方法选择2016年7月至2018年4月对我院收治的210例手术患者作为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组进行常规手术室护理管理,研究组进行手术室护理安全管理,对两组护理质量、风险情况、护理满意度进行评价。结果研究组各项护理质量评分高于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论将手术室护理安全管理用于手术室护理中,可有效对手术室潜在的安全隐患及风险进行控制,同时提升护理质量与患者护理满意度,值得临床应用。
Objective To apply safety management in operating room nursing,and to explore its impact on quality of nursing. Methods A total of 210 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into study group and control group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group underwent routine operation room nursing management. The study group was performed with safety management for operating room nursing. The nursing quality,risk situation,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated. Results The scores of nursing quality in the study group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Applying risk management in the operating room nursing can control the potential safety hazards and risks in the operating room effectively. It also can improve the quality of nursing and patients' satisfaction towards the nursing,which was worthy of clinical application.
