论成果转化在功能材料开发中的作用

摘要
当下迫切需要将功能材料的研发与生产有效地衔接起来,使得真正好的功能材料能够落地。成果转化对功能材料技术市场化具有重要意义。初始阶段,成果转化通过市场及政策对功能材料技术选题进行指导;过程中,成果转化对技术可行性、经济性及规模化进行评价,同时将人力、物力、财力等资源统筹协调,打造协同联动模式;最终与地方经济结合将功能材料科技成果高效转化输出。
Functional materials cover a wide range of technical intersections. The achievement transformation is of great importance to the industrialization of functional materials technology. At the initial stage,the achievement transformation can guide the technical topic selection of functional materials through market and policy. In the process,achievement transformation can be used to evaluate technical feasibility,economic performance and economic scale.At the same time,the manpower,material resources,financial resources and other resources are coordinated to create a collaborative linkage model. Finally,combining with local economy,the scientific and technological achievements in functional materials are effectively transformed and exported into practical industries.
