摘要
随着社会对环境保护的要求不断加强以及清洁燃料标准与国际的接轨,质谱技术在我国石化行业的应用将日益广泛,针对国IV车用柴油标准,规定了车用柴油的多环芳烃(PAHs)含量不超过11%(质量分数),为此建立一种测定柴油中间馏分组成的测试方法。通过固相萃取洗脱,将柴油样品洗脱成饱和烃和芳烃两部分,将两部分别用气质联用仪进行石化专用软件测定分析。天瑞仪器石化专用处理软件,操作简单,数据精准,可以广泛应用于炼油行业。
        As society's requirements for environmental protection continue to strengthen and clean fuel standards are in line with international standards,mass spectrometry technology will become more and more widely used in Chinese petrochemical industry. For the national IV vehicle diesel standard,the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons( PAHs) in motor diesel is not more than 11%( mass fraction). A test method for determining the composition of diesel middle distillates was established. The diesel sample was eluted into two parts,saturated hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon,by solid phase extraction elution. The two parts were separately analyzed by petrochemical special software using GC/MS. Skyray instrument petrochemical special processing software has simple operation and accurate data,and it can be widely used in the refining industry.
