小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗儿童感冒风热夹滞证的疗效观察

摘要
目的 :观察小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗儿童感冒风热夹滞证的临床疗效。方法 :选取520例感冒风热夹滞证患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组各260例。对照组给予蒲地蓝口服液治疗,研究组给予小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗。治疗3 d,观察两组总有效率、主要症状消失时间。结果:研究组总有效率明显高于对照组;发热、腹痛腹胀、咳嗽、纳呆、咽部红肿、出汗消失时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :小儿豉翘清热颗粒具有清热导滞、调和脾胃、疏风解表的功效,迅速改善感冒风热夹滞证患儿发热、腹痛腹胀、纳呆等症状,疗效安全可靠。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules in the treatment of 260 cases with cold and wind-heat clamping and stagnation syndrome in children. Methods: Five hundred and twenty children with cold and wind-heat clamping and stagnation syndrome were selected and divided into a study group and a control group with 260 cases each based on random number table method. The control group and the study group were treated for three days with Pudilan oral liquid and Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules, respectively and the total effective rate and the disappearance time for main symptoms were observed. Results: The total effective rate was significantly better and the disappearance time for main symptoms such as fever, abdominal pain and abdominal distension, cough, anorexia, pharyngeal redness and swelling was shorter in the study group than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules has such efficacy as clearing heat and removing food stagnation, reconciling spleen and stomach, dispelling wind and relieving exterior syndrome and can rapidly improve the symptoms including fever, abdominal pain, abdominal distension in children with cold and wind-heat clamping and stagnation syndrome, and its curative effect is safe and reliable.
