公路隧道过火衬砌结构安全分析及处治措施探讨

摘要
为查明火灾对隧道衬砌的影响程度及采用何种处治措施较为有效,以历经火灾事故的淘金山隧道为例,对隧道过火衬砌进行外观病害检测,以及对衬砌内部承载力进行安全计算分析,基于表观检测和应力计算分析,采用喷射混凝土联合钢筋网对受损衬砌进行处治,以修复和加固受损二次衬砌,并对喷射混凝土及周边熏黑的段落进行人工打磨、平整表面,对外观进行修复改善。经处治后的受损衬砌安全系数达到公路隧道设计规范要求,该处治措施有效、快速、经济,确保隧道恢复安全营运。
        This paper is aimed at finding out fire impact on tunnel lining and its treatment measures.Taking Taojinshan tunnel after the fire accident as an example,the appearance of the tunnel overfire lining is detected,and the internal bearing capacity of the lining is analyzed.Based on the apparent detection and stress calculation analysis,damaged lining is treated by shotcrete combined with the steel mesh to repair and reinforce the damaged secondary lining,and the sprayed concrete and the surrounding blackened sections are manually polished and leveled.The appearance is repaired and improved.The safety factor of damaged lining after treatment meets the requirements of code for design of road tunnel.It is proved that the treatment measures are effective,fast and economical which can ensure safe operation of the tunnel.
