摘要
针对传统熔模模具开发中存在的设计效率低、加工质量不稳定等问题,基于CAD/CAM的多软件协同工作的开发模式,通过车体模熔模模具的实际开发,将Creo在模具设计、仿真分析方面优势与MasterCAM在刀位控制、程序优化方面的优势充分结合起来,以实现优势互补,促进模具设计效率和加工质量的提高,进而带动生产效率的提高,降低生产成本。
Aiming at the problems such as low design efficiency and unstable machining quality in the development of traditional melt die, the development mode of multi-software collaborative work based on CAD/CAM is introduced.Through the actual development of the die of car body, the Creo is designed in the die. The advantages of simulation analysis are fully combined with the advantages of Master CAM in tool position control and program optimization in order to complement each other, promote the improvement of die design efficiency and machining quality, and then promote the improvement of production efficiency and reduce the production cost.
