摘要

板材折弯机活动梁板幅较大,厚度相对于板幅比较薄,尺寸和形位公差较严格。为了便于加工板材折弯机活动梁,设计了专用工装,使工件装卡找正时不会发生变形,能够使用同一个基准同时加工前后面,保证了工件的加工尺寸公差和形位公差,有效地释放了加工应力,大大提高了工作效率,节约了制造成本。
        The width of the movable beam of the plate bending machine is larger, the thickness is thinner than the plate width, and the tolerances of dimension and shape and geometry are strict. In order to make the moving beam of plate bending machine easy to be machined, a special tool is designed, so that the workpiece can not be deformed when it is fixed, and the same datum can be used to process the front and back at the same time, which ensures the machining dimension tolerance and the shape and geometry tolerance of the workpiece. The machining stress is effectively released, the work efficiency is greatly improved and the manufacturing cost is saved.
