摘要
目的关注老年人使用智能产品的体验,使老年人在智能时代更好地拥抱智能产品,享受智能产品所带来的便捷生活。方法结合Wickens等人所提出的"人的信息加工模型"(HIP,Human Information Processing),提出老年人信息加工过程分析模型(HIP for the Elderly,HIP4E),为以老年人为中心的智能产品体验设计提供分析工具。结论通过研究,提出基于老年人信息加工过程分析模型的研究流程,并以"以老年人为中心—老龄版微信设计"为案例阐述研究流程。
        The work aims to focus on the experience of smart products for the elderly, so that the elderly can better use smart products in smart times and enjoy the convenience of smart products. Combined with the "HIP(Human Inform ation Processing) model" put forward by Wickens, etc., an analysis model of human information processing for the elderly(HIP for the Elderly, HIP4 E) was proposed to provide an analysis tool for the experience design of smart products centered on the elderly. Through the research, a research process based on the analysis model of HIP4 E is proposed, and the research process is described with the case of "old people as the center: We Chat design for the aged version".
