摘要
本文提出了一种定频调节的变压器复用型的正激谐振变换器。该变换器通过谐振部分与正激电路部分的共同作用,仅改变正激部分的占空比,可以实现对变换器输出电压的调节。该变换器的谐振部分具有开关管零电压开关(ZVS)开通和准零电流开关(ZCS)关断特性,正激部分也具有开关管零电压开关(ZVS)开通且谐振电路与正激电路交替工作即可实现变压器复位,无需额外的复位电路,在定频控制时具有较宽的输入调节范围,降低了电路磁性元件的设计难度。本文详细分析了该变换器的电路拓扑结构和工作原理,并搭建了64~80 V输入,24 V/2.5 A输出的实验样机,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
        This paper proposes a fixed frequency controlled resonant converter with a reused transformer. By the joint operation of a resonant circuit and a regular forward circuit, the output voltage can be regulated by only adjusting the duty cycle of the regular forward part. The resonant circuit achieves zero-voltage-switching(ZVS) turn on and Quasi-zero-current-switching(ZCS). In addition, the forward part also achieves ZVS, it work alternately with resonant mode, which results in omitting the additional reset circuit. It has a wide input adjustment range with fixed frequency control, which reduces the design difficulty of the circuit magnetic components. This paper analyzes the topology, working principle of the converter in detail, and finally builds a 64~80 V input, 24 V/2.5 A output experimental prototype. The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
