摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司蜡油加氢装置停工消缺期间,因重油加工流程变化,导致S Zorb装置精制汽油硫含量超标。为保证国Ⅵ汽油的正常生产,制定了汽油生产方案,计划将催化原料的硫质量分数控制在0.6%左右,稳定汽油硫质量分数控制在400μg/g以内,确保精制汽油硫质量分数控制在8μg/g以下。在执行过程中,由于精制蜡油库存不足,催化原料硫含量失控,稳定汽油硫质量分数达到500μg/g以上, S Zorb装置精制汽油硫含量出现超标情况。通过提高S Zorb装置循环比,分流高硫含量汽油组分,降低稳定汽油干点等具体措施,及时消除了制约国Ⅵ汽油生产的瓶颈。
During the shutdown of the wax oil hydrogenation unit in SINOPEC Luoyang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd., the heavy oil processing process is changed, resulting in the sulfur content of refined gasoline in the S Zorb unit exceeding the standard. In order to ensure the normal production of gasoline in Guo Ⅵ, a gasoline production plan has been formulated. It is to control the sulfur mass fraction of catalytic feesstock to about 0.6%, the sulfur mass fraction of stable gasoline to within 400 μg/g, and the sulfur mass fraction of refined gasoline to below 8 μg/g. In the process of implementation, due to insufficient refined wax oil stock, the sulfur content of catalytic feedstock runs out of control, the sulfur content of stabilized gasoline reaches more than 500 μg/g, and the sulfur content of refined gasoline in S Zorb unit exceeds the standard. By improving the cycle ratio of S Zorb unit, diverting high sulfur content gasoline components and reducing the stabilized gasoline dry point, the bottleneck restricting the production of Guo Ⅵ gasoline is eliminated in time.
