摘要
中化泉州石化有限公司3. 3 Mt/a渣油加氢装置目前正在进行第4周期运转,介绍该装置开工以来前3周期的运转概况,对周期内的硫、残炭、金属脱除情况进行了对比分析,进行了催化剂性能比较,对运行过程中遇到的问题提出了解决方案。实际运转结果表明,装置总体运行平稳,在加工原料劣质、种类繁多的情况下,渣油加氢后依然满足下游催化裂化加工需求。装置周期内存在的上流式加氢反应器(UFR)径向温差大、二反床层压力降大的问题得到了良好解决,不再影响装置长周期稳定运行。装置在基本一致的操作条件下,两列催化剂级配系统表现出了一致的脱硫、脱残炭性能。
        The 3. 3 MM TPY residue hydrotreating unit of SINOCHEM Quanzhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd is in the fourth operation cycle. The operations of the first three cycles since the start-up of the plant are introduced. The catalyst performances are compared through the comparative analysis of the sulfur,carbon residue and metals removal in the operation cycle. The solutions to the problems encountered in the operation are recommended. The actual operation results show that the overall operation of the unit is stable,and the hydrogenated residue still meets the requirements of the downstream catalytic cracking process in the case of a wide variety of feedstocks of inferior quality. The problems of UFR radial temperature difference and the two reverse bed pressure drop in the operation cycle have been well solved,and there is no impact on the long-term stable operation of the unit. Under the basically constant operation conditions,the two row catalyst grading systems have shown the uniform performances of desulfurization and decarbonation.
