摘要
以中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司沸腾床渣油加氢装置数字化交付过程为例,介绍了数字化交付的方法和数字化工厂的形成过程,对数字化交付和三维可视化施工技术工作进行了总结。采用数字化交付有助于实现设计协同,提高设计的准确性,实现施工可视化管理,打通设计、采购、施工等工程数据流来确保数据的准确性和唯一性,对后期的管理、运维、改建、扩建等提供数据支持。数字化交付在工程建设期、生产运维期的深化应用,提高了工程建设的质量和效率,实现了生产运维和工程建设的充分融合。
        Taking the digital delivery process of ebullated bed residue hydrogenation unit of SINOPEC Zhenhai Petrochemical Company as an example, the method of digital delivery and the formation process of digitalized factory are introduced, and the digital delivery and three-dimensional visualized construction technology are summarized. Digital delivery is helpful to achieve design collaboration, improve the accuracy of design, achieve visual management of construction, and connect the data flow of design, procurement, construction to ensure the accuracy and uniqueness of data. It also provides data support for later management, operation and maintenance, reconstruction, expansion and so on. The deepening application of digital delivery in construction period and production operation and maintenance period has improved the quality and efficiency of engineering construction, and realized the full integration of production operation and maintenance engineering construction.
