摘要
研究了注汽量对延迟焦化产品分布和性质的影响。中试结果表明:在炉出口温度、焦炭塔顶压力、循环比等操作条件基本相同的情况下,当焦化加热炉的注汽量由1.97%分别提高到3.05%,4.03%,6.02%时,气体和焦炭的产率降低,液体产品的产率提高(表现在焦化蜡油产率的提高上),液体产品产率分别提高了0.68,1.39,2.23百分点,焦化蜡油产率分别提高了0.93,2.31,3.80百分点。随着注汽量的提高,焦化汽油和焦化柴油的性质基本不变,但焦化蜡油性质变差一些,主要表现在密度、残炭、沥青质、氮含量及金属含量等均有所升高,95%馏出温度分别提高了7.1,14.1,28.4℃;而石油焦的硫含量有所增加,挥发分呈降低趋势。
In this paper, the effect of steam injection amount on distribution and properties of delayed coking products is studied. The pilot-plant test results show that under the same operating conditions such as furnace outlet temperature, top pressure of coke tower and cycle ratio, when the steam injection rate of coking heating furnace increases from 1.97% to 3.05%, 4.03% and 6.02%, the yield of gas and coke decreases, and the yield of liquid product increases by 0.68, 1.39, 2.23 percentage points respectively. The yield of coker gas oil increases by 0.93, 2.31 and 3.80 percentage points respectively. With the increase of steam injection amount, the properties of coker gasoline and coker diesel oil are basically the same, but the properties of coker gas oil become worse, mainly manifested in the increase of density, carbon residue, asphaltene content, nitrogen content and metal content, etc. The 95% distillate temperature is 7.1 ℃, 14.1 ℃and 28.4 ℃ higher than the initial mode, respectively. Meanwhile the sulfur content of petroleum coke increases a little, the volatile content shows a decreasing trend.
