摘要
三级注脂电缆动密封是带压作业的关键技术,对三级注脂电缆动密封技术进行分析研究,为现场应用提供科学指导和建议。根据宾汉流体圆管层流及偏心圆环层流理论,建立了三种三级注脂电缆动密封系统注脂压力及排量关系式,优选了三级注脂电缆动密封系统,给出了注脂压力及排量计算方法,并进行了现场应用。实践表明,优选的三级注脂系统密封脂消耗最少,文章所述方法的计算结果可指导现场快速设定各级注脂压力,考虑起下电缆和电缆粗细不均的影响,注脂压力实际设置值较理论计算值提高2%~10%,能实现电缆可靠动密封。
The dynamic sealing of tri-stage grease injection cable is key to snubbing operations. It's necessary to analyze and study to provide scientific guidance and suggestions for field application. According to the laminar flow and eccentric annular laminar flow theories of Bingham fluid,the calculation equations of injection pressures and displacements are set up for three types of tri-stage grease injection systems. With the known parameters and the target sealing pressure,the value of tri-stage grease injection pressures and displacements are obtained. Field applications show that the preferred tri-stage grease injection system has the minimum grease consumption.The calculation results can guide the field engineer to decide actual injection pressures of grease pumps quickly. Considering the effects of different cable OD and cable tripping in and out,the actual grease injection pressures can be 2% ~ 10% higher than the theoretical calculations value,which will realize a reliable dynamic cable sealing.
