摘要
有源中点钳位型(active neutral-point-clamped,ANPC)多电平逆变器是一种新型的多电平逆变器。该文分析普通七电平有源中点钳位型(seven-level active neutral-pointclamped inverter,ANPC-7L)逆变器的开关状态,给出悬浮电容电压控制的方法,指出其开关状态切换时可能出现的串联管动态均压问题和多电平跳变问题。该文提出一种新型的改进拓扑和换流策略,可以彻底解决这两个问题。在一台380V/5kW的ANPC-7L逆变器上取得的实验结果表明,所提拓扑和换流策略是有效的。
        The active neutral-point-clamped(ANPC) Multilevel inverter is a newly emerging inverter. This paper analyzed the switching status of the normal seven-level active neutral-point-clamped(ANPC-7L) inverter, introduced a method of floating capacitor voltage controlling and pointed out the problems of dynamic voltage balancing in series switches and multi voltage level jumping during switching status transition. This paper presented a novel improved topology and commutating strategies which can completely resolve these two problems. The feasibility of the proposed topology and commutating strategies were verified by experimental results from a 380 V/5 kW ANPC-7L inverter.
