摘要
为提高机场容量利用率,降低航班延误水平,本文提出了机场动态容量的概念,梳理机场各个运行环节容量的特征,尤其是可用于优化的动态特征,明确了航班走向、机型比例、进离场比例都应被优化。并在分析航班时刻属性的基础上,结合时刻需求各方对动态容量的使用方式,制定了详细的时刻优化流程,并通过对时刻管理体制的分析检验了该优化方法在现实工作中应用的可行性。
        In order to improve the use ratio of airdrome capacity,reduce the delay level,the conception of airdrome dynamic capacity was proposed,and the characteristic of the capacity of each operational element of the airdrome was analyzed,especially the dynamic ones that could be optimized,confirmed that the airline direction,ratio of aircraft types,ratio of arrival and departure are the variables that should be optimized. A detailed procedure for the optimization of the slot was formulated based on the analysis of the characteristics of the slot,with consideration of the demand from each side. The procedure 's feasibility in the real operation was exammed by the analysis of the slot management system.
