腰硬联合麻醉在剖宫产术中的应用价值

摘要
探讨腰硬联合麻醉在剖宫产术中的应用价值。选取2017年1月至2018年10月在本院行剖宫产术的84例产妇,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予硬膜外麻醉,观察组采用硬腰联合麻醉,对比两组麻醉效果、起效及维持情况,并监测麻醉的安全性。观察组麻醉效果优良率(92. 86%)显著高于对照组(73. 81%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组的麻醉起效时间(4. 36±1. 08 min)和镇痛维持时间(12. 04±3. 97 h)与对照组相比(12. 04±3. 97 min、3. 67±1. 02 h)差异显著,有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组(7. 14%)和对照组(7. 14%)不良反应发生率比较,没有显著差异(P> 0. 05),无统计学意义。腰硬联合麻醉应用于剖宫产术的应用价值较高,具有起效快、维持时间长、安全性高等优势,可作为首选麻醉方式。
To explore the application value of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in cesarean section. 84 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group. The control group was given epidural anesthesia,while the observation group was given combined epidural and lumbar anesthesia. The effect,onset and maintenance of anesthesia were compared between two groups,and the safety of anesthesia was monitored. The excellent and good rate of anesthesia effect in observation group( 92. 86%) was significantly higher than that in control group( 73. 81%),the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The onset time of anesthesia( 4. 36 ± 1. 08 min) and the duration of analgesia( 12. 04 ± 3. 97 h) in observation group were significantly different from those in control group( 12. 04 ± 3. 97 min,3. 67 ± 1. 02 h),with statistical significance( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between observation group( 7. 14%) and control group( 7. 14%)( P > 0. 05),but there was no statistical significance. The combined spinal-epidural anesthesia has high application value in cesarean section. It has the advantages of quick onset,long maintenance time and high safety. It can be used as the preferred anesthesia method.
