摘要
传统有源电容式分压器的设计存在高输入阻抗、等电位屏蔽等难点,为此,文中提出一种新的有源电容式分压器结构,由标准电容器和有源低压电容器串联组成。文中重点阐述了有源低压电容器的设计,关键点在于双T阻容网络的介损控制和共模信号抑制控制,此外,电子电路中关键器件的设计使其具备较好的高频响应和低频响应。根据实际测试结果,该有源电容式分压器整体在工频条件下测量误差优于0. 01%。
        The traditional active capacitive voltage divider has some designing difficulties,such as high input impedance and equipotential shielding. Therefore,a new type of active capacitive voltage divider is designed in this paper,including standard capacitor and active low voltage capacitor in series. This paper focuses on the design of active low voltage capacitor. The dielectric loss control designing of an resistance and capacitance network with the style of an "double T"and the design of the control of common mode signal suppression are the key to the this capacitive voltage divider. Moreover,the reasonable selection of electronic components helps the low voltage capacitor response smoothly to both high and low frequency. According to the actual test results,the error of the active capacitive voltage divider is better than 0. 01% under the working frequency conditions.
