摘要
通过优化超声振子排布方式,创新性地设计出一种立体变频超声波振荡仪,改变了以往超声振子水平排布的固有模式。并在教学实践和科研实验中进行了相关验证,发现在声强传递和变频模式上都大大超过已有的超声振荡设备。
