摘要
研究粘合体系对钢丝帘布附胶粘合性能和动态粘弹性能的影响。结果表明:在含有钴盐和白炭黑的钢丝帘布附胶中,加入偶联剂Si69或间-甲粘合剂均可提高胶料与钢丝帘线的粘合性能;加入间-甲-白粘合体系对盐水老化和蒸汽老化后粘合性能提高尤为显著,而偶联剂Si69则对降低生热和提高弹性模量更为明显,两者均可提高轮胎的耐久性能。
        The influence of adhesive system on the adhesion and the dynamic viscoelasticity of bonding rubber sheet of steel cord was investigated. The results showed that,adding silane coupling agent Si69 or resorcinol adhesion system to the bonding rubber sheet of steel cord with cobalt salt and silica,the adhesion between the compound and steel cord was improved. The compound with resorcinol-formaldehyde-silica adhesion system had excellent adhesion after aging in the NaCl solution or steam aging. The compound with silane coupling agent Si69 had lower dynamic heat build-up and higher elastic modulus. Both of the adhesive systems could improve the endurance of finished tire.
